During the National Day period from 2015 to 2017, the export flow of expressways in the whole province was 6.835 million units, 7.873 million units and 10.31 million units respectively. The road conditions in Shenyang, Fuxin and Chaoyang are basically good and the congestion index is low.

Analysis of Traffic Illegality from 2015 to 2017

During the National Day holidays from 2015 to 2017, a total of 165 320 traffic violations were investigated and dealt with, with an average of 7514.55 traffic violations per day.

According to the types of illegal acts, 1611 cases of illegal drunk driving, 16579 cases of speeding, 2280 cases of overloading of trucks and 309 cases of unlicensed driving were investigated and punished in the whole province.

From the age structure of offenders, the incidence of illegal acts among 30-39-year-olds is the highest, reaching 34.51% of the total amount of illegal acts; the incidence of illegal acts among 40-49-year-olds is the second, accounting for 29.34% of the total amount of illegal acts; and the incidence of illegal acts among drivers under 20-year-old is the lowest, accounting for 0.11% of the total amount of illegal acts.
