HD mobile speed enforcement system is based on Doppler Radar. With its functions like automatic recording of vehicle image, speed measurement and photo capture,number plate recognition,  the system has become a powerful tool for the traffic control department to effectively manage speeding.OBN-CSY-S9(D)  is a HD mobile speed enforcement system based on radar with dual lens.

1.The device has built-in dual lens, could capture targets in near/far lanes through intelligent selection of corresponding lens, and ensure the best effect of evidence photos.

2. The device uses a 3-megapixel color camera(optional 9 megapixels), ensuring clarity of evidence photos.

3. With embedded Linux system,the device is of low power consumption,stable and safe during operation.

4. The device uses a vehicle speed measuring radar system,make the capture target more accurate,effectively prevent misjudge. The capture distance is up to 6 lanes. It can accurately identify the two adjacent vehicles in the driveway.

5. With lithium battery power, the device can work continuously for more than 10 hours.

1. The device has a compact modern appearance,is easy to carry,install and operate. It can be used in car or roadside tripods, especially suitable for the in-cabinet roadside installation.

2. The device could easily capture the violated driving maneuvers such as occupation of emergency lanes,large vehicle occupation of small lanes and etc.

3. The device offers automatic capture for speeding vehicles less than 300 km/h. It can apply various speed limits on large and small vehicles in the same section.

4. Photos captured could fully reflect the elements of speeding  (i.e. time, location, vehicle type,overspeed value, overspeed percentage, equipment number, anti-counterfeiting code,direction of driving), and data could not be changed, thus the speed enforcement could be evidence-based.

5. The device could simultaneously capture vehicles in opposite directions, and can distinguish the direction of driving. It could take 1-4 pictures of the same speeding vehicle,fully reflect the displacement of the speeding vehicle,make speed enforcement more persuasive.

6. The system can identify the number plate of vehicles under the condition of insufficient clarity due to the unsatisfactory environmental  factors.

7.The software of device can be modified according to customers' requirements, provide data interface, which could be easily connected to the database in police system.

8. Multiple data download methods are available. The built-in mobile WIFI module supports mobile phone download  through WIFI  or 4G  wireless transmission.
